I like to share with you on how to use the credit card properly, because I am one of so many people who have misused it and it is based on my personal experiences. The following are the simple tips which I think everyone can relate upon:
1. As soon as the statement arrives always see to it to pay on due date to avoid penalties.
2. Control yourself with the urge of impulsive shopping, by leaving the credit card at home and using cash instead or a debit card.
3. Don’t apply too many credit card accounts. It will only lure you to use each of them, which of course means debts piling up.
4. When paying monthly due dates be sure to pay the whole amount, not the minimum amount due.
5. When buying appliances/cars or anything that requires a down payment which of course at present you don’t have , then please don’t use your credit card just wait for the right time for you to have enough cash for the down payment.
In abiding this simple tips you can be sure that you will not be financially hard up in the near future .
